Our Services

Individual Therapy
We offer care and compassion in a one-on-one format to fully understand the client’s unique experiences and assist them in meeting their therapeutic goals. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space whereby the development of a trusting relationship is paramount. Utilising a range of evidence-based approaches, our clinicians offer ongoing therapy to assist with developing strategies to work with the following presentations:
Our clinic offers services across the lifespan.
Child Therapy
We are passionate about providing children with a safe and nurturing space to express, regulate, communicate, develop and master skills. We apply developmentally appropriate, child-centred techniques to enhance client outcomes. We understand the importance of play when working with children and that this is the vehicle for child-therapist communication. Therefore, in our clinic, we have developed a purpose-built therapeutic playroom which our clinicians are highly trained to use during child therapy.

Adolescent/Young Person Therapy
We offer psychological support for adolescents and young adults navigating the complexity of life’s challenges. We offer personalised treatment approaches within a safe, confidential and supportive space. We understand the complexities associated with this transitional phase of development. Our experienced clinicians aim to support enhanced self-understanding and positive self-development.
Family Therapy and Parenting Support
We believe in the importance of understanding the dynamics of a family system to support improved family cohesion and individual difficulties. We offer family, parent, and caregiver support to assist with strategies and support to enhance child well-being, parent-child relationship, and promote a positive family environment. Our clinicians have extensive experience in working with complex families, in addition to family support, when appropriate, we also offer close collaboration with government and non-government agencies to support in improving individual outcomes.

School Visits and Stakeholder Meetings
We work closely with schools, which may involve school observations where we work collaboratively to provide a broader assessment and treatment of a child’s concerns within the school setting. This may include time for the clinician to directly observe the child, as well as meet with teacher/support staff for further discussions.
School/stakeholder meetings may involve the clinician and school staff/stakeholders and can be in person or arranged via telehealth.
Telehealth
Telehealth psychological services utilise video conferencing platforms or phone calls to enhance accessibility and provide convenience and flexibility to engage in therapy. We understand that at times attending the clinic in person can be challenging due to various factors. Whilst we recommend clinic based psychological therapy where possible, telehealth options are available. We ask that you discuss these options with your treating psychologist, who will determine if this approach is appropriate. If you are a new client, feel free to contact our friendly admin team to discuss your needs.
Assessment
All our clinicians are trained in conducting comprehensive assessments that enrich therapy by providing insight and understanding of various aspects of mental health, behaviour, and functioning. Through assessment, we can support individuals, families, schools, and other organisations, in making informed decisions. We assist in developing suitable strategies and treatment plans to promote growth and positive well-being to enable our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Emotional Functioning (e.g. mood and regulation)

Due to extensive clinical training and experience, where applicable, our clinicians can provide and verify clinical diagnoses.
Currently, we do not offer cognitive or learning assessments, however if this is recommended by your clinician, they can provide suitable referral options.
